Chef / Kitchen Manager - Moose Kitchen

We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our Moose Kitchen. If you're passionate about food, leadership, and creating a great experience for our members, we want you on our team.

Requirements: 
* ServeSafe Level 2 Certificate (Required)
* Strong Culinary skills and creativity
* Proven leadership ability
* Must be able to run daily kitchen operations and create staff schedules
* Reliable, organized, and professional

What you'll do:
* Lead and manage all kitchen operations
* Create and maintain staff schedules
* Develop menu ideas and ensure quality food services
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen
